I makes a rule of doing muscle exercise as daily work.
That exercise memu is
* push- ups
* abdominal muscle
* haikin( in Japanese)
each thirty times, two- sets.
Since I enter the University, I lacked of exercise. I don't belong to sports club
and not walking so much. So, I've put on a surplus layer of fat on my body.
Therefore I decided exercising. It is five days after starting exercise today.
But I don't have any confidence about I will continueit it.
However I have to stick it out because..........
Summer is coming!!!
